1. من نحن ونطاق هذه السياسة

تطبيق Firestone Scan System (معرّف الحزمة: com.firestoneapparel.scansystem، الإصدار 1.2.0) تطبيق داخلي تملكه وتشغّله شركة Firestone Apparel — مصنع ملابس جاهزة في جمهورية مصر العربية — وهي المتحكّم في البيانات (Data Controller) والمسؤولة عن كل البيانات التي يعالجها التطبيق.

التطبيق ليس تطبيقًا استهلاكيًا وليس موجّهًا للجمهور. هو أداة عمل مخصّصة لموظفي الشركة داخل المصنع والمخازن. لا يمكن إنشاء حساب داخل التطبيق؛ يدخل الموظف باستخدام رقم موظف واسم تصدرهما إدارة الشركة، ويُستخدم التطبيق في سياق علاقة العمل فقط.

2. البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق

يجمع التطبيق الحد الأدنى من البيانات اللازمة لتتبّع الكراتين وحركة الإنتاج، وهي:

بيانات هوية الموظف: رقم الموظف والاسم، ويُدخلهما الموظف بنفسه عند تسجيل الدخول.
بيانات الجهاز: موديل الهاتف المستخدم في المسح (لتحديد الجهاز مصدر التسجيل عند مراجعة العمليات).
سجلّات المسح (Scan Records): كود الكرتونة، رقم الموديل (Style No)، أمر الشراء الخاص بالعميل (Buyer PO)، اللون، الكمية، المقاس، أبعاد الكرتونة، المنطقة والبلوك (Zone / Block) في المخزن، رقم التصدير (Export No) في عمليات الخروج، الملاحظات المكتوبة، وتاريخ ووقت العملية.
سجلّات خطوط الإنتاج: أكواد البندلات (Bundles) التي تُمسَح في مراحل التصنيع والخياطة.

كل هذه البيانات بيانات تشغيلية خاصة بالمخزون والإنتاج، وارتباطها بالموظف يقتصر على معرفة من نفّذ العملية ومتى. التطبيق لا يطلب ولا يجمع أي بيانات شخصية أخرى: لا رقم قومي، ولا رقم هاتف، ولا عنوان، ولا بيانات مالية أو صحية.

تنبيه بخصوص خانة الملاحظات: خانة الملاحظات حرّة الكتابة ومخصّصة لملاحظات العمل فقط. يُرجى عدم كتابة أي بيانات شخصية أو حسّاسة بداخلها.

3. الكاميرا

يستخدم التطبيق كاميرا الهاتف لقراءة أكواد QR المطبوعة على ملصقات الكراتين فقط، وتتم القراءة لحظيًا داخل الجهاز.

لا يلتقط التطبيق أي صور أو فيديو، ولا يحفظ أي إطار من الكاميرا.
لا تُرفع أي صورة إلى السيرفر ولا إلى أي جهة أخرى؛ المُرسَل هو نص الكود المقروء فقط.
تعمل الكاميرا فقط أثناء فتح شاشة المسح، وتتوقف بمجرد الخروج منها.

4. الأذونات المطلوبة ولماذا

الكاميرا (CAMERA): إلزامي — لقراءة كود QR الموجود على الكرتونة. لا تصوير ولا تخزين للصور.
الإنترنت وحالة الشبكة (INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): لإرسال سجلّات المسح إلى سيرفر الشركة ومعرفة حالة الاتصال.
الاهتزاز (VIBRATE): لإعطاء تنبيه اهتزازي عند نجاح أو فشل عملية المسح.

التطبيق لا يطلب إذن الموقع الجغرافي، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا الملفات أو الصور، ولا الميكروفون.

5. أغراض المعالجة

تسجيل دخول الكراتين إلى المخزن (IN) وخروجها (OUT) وتحديد مواقع التخزين.
تسجيل فحص الجودة (QC) للكراتين.
متابعة تقدّم العمل على خطوط الإنتاج عبر مسح البندلات.
إعداد تقارير المخزون والشحن والإنتاج الداخلية.
المراجعة والتدقيق الداخلي: معرفة من سجّل أي عملية ومتى، لتصحيح الأخطاء وتتبّع الشحنات.

6. أين تذهب البيانات ومن يطّلع عليها

تُرسل سجلّات المسح إلى سيرفر تملكه وتديره Firestone Apparel، وتُخزَّن في قاعدة بيانات SQL Server خاصة بالشركة. يتم الإرسال عبر شبكة الشركة الداخلية (LAN)، وعند العمل خارج المصنع يتحوّل التطبيق تلقائيًا إلى عنوان الشركة العام على الإنترنت. وتتم جميع عمليات الإرسال عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS/TLS)، ويتحقّق التطبيق من هوية سيرفر الشركة باستخدام شهادة أمان مضمّنة بداخله، فلا يقبل الاتصال بأي سيرفر آخر. الاتصال غير المشفّر (HTTP) ممنوع تمامًا داخل التطبيق.

لا تُشارَك البيانات مع أي طرف ثالث، ولا تُرسل إلى أي خدمة سحابية خارجية.
لا نبيع البيانات ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض تجاري خارج تشغيل المصنع.
لا يوجد داخل التطبيق أي إعلانات، ولا أدوات تحليلات (Analytics SDK)، ولا أدوات تتبّع أو ملفات تعريف ارتباط، ولا مدفوعات أو مشتريات.
الاطّلاع على البيانات مقصور على الموظفين المصرّح لهم في الشركة (المخازن، الإنتاج، الجودة، تقنية المعلومات) بحسب طبيعة عملهم.

قد تُفصح الشركة عن بيانات محدودة إذا فرض ذلك القانون المصري أو طلب رسمي من جهة مختصة، وفي أضيق نطاق ممكن.

7. العمل بدون إنترنت والمزامنة التلقائية

إذا تعذّر الوصول إلى سيرفر الشركة، يُحفظ سجل المسح محليًا على الجهاز في قاعدة بيانات SQLite داخل مساحة التطبيق الخاصة، ويظهر ضمن "قائمة الانتظار (Pending)". يتم إرسال هذه السجلّات تلقائيًا بمجرد عودة الاتصال، ثم يُكتفى بها كسجل في السيرفر. بعد نجاح المزامنة يُحذف السجل من ذاكرة الهاتف تلقائيًا. أما السجلّات التي لم تُزامَن بعد فتبقى على الجهاز حتى تتم مزامنتها، أو حتى يحذف المستخدم بيانات التطبيق أو يزيله من الجهاز.

8. ما لا يفعله التطبيق

لا يتتبّع موقع الموظف الجغرافي.
لا يقرأ جهات الاتصال أو الرسائل أو الصور أو ملفات الجهاز.
لا يعمل في الخلفية لمراقبة الموظف؛ يعمل فقط عند استخدامه، بالإضافة إلى مزامنة السجلّات المعلّقة.
لا يحتوي على حسابات عامة، ولا محتوى ينشره المستخدمون، ولا أي ميزات تواصل اجتماعي.
لا يستهدف الأطفال ولا يجمع بيانات عنهم.

9. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

تُحفظ سجلّات المسح على سيرفر الشركة طالما كانت لازمة لأغراض سجلّات المخازن والإنتاج والشحن والمراجعة الداخلية والالتزامات المحاسبية والقانونية للشركة. يجري التخلّص منها أو أرشفتها عندما تنتفي الحاجة إليها وفقًا لسياسات حفظ السجلّات المعمول بها في الشركة. أما البيانات المخزّنة مؤقتًا على الهاتف فتبقى فقط حتى تتم مزامنتها بنجاح.

10. أمن البيانات

السيرفر وقاعدة البيانات داخل بنية الشركة التقنية وتحت إدارتها المباشرة.
الدخول إلى التطبيق يتطلب رقم موظف واسمًا صادرين عن الشركة.
البيانات المحفوظة على الهاتف تكون داخل مساحة التخزين الخاصة بالتطبيق ولا تتاح للتطبيقات الأخرى.
يُنصح باستخدام أجهزة الشركة أو أجهزة مؤمّنة بقفل شاشة عند تشغيل التطبيق.

لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%، لكننا نتخذ إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية هذه البيانات.

11. حقوق الموظفين

بصفتك موظفًا تستخدم التطبيق، يمكنك:

معرفة البيانات المرتبطة برقم موظفك واسمك.
طلب تصحيح أي بيانات غير صحيحة (مثل اسم مكتوب خطأ أو سجل مسح مسجَّل بالخطأ).
الاستفسار عن سبب جمع أي بيان وكيفية استخدامه ومدة حفظه.
تقديم شكوى داخلية بخصوص طريقة التعامل مع بياناتك.

نظرًا لأن هذه السجلّات هي سجلّات تشغيلية وسجلّات عمل رسمية للشركة، فقد لا يكون من الممكن حذف عمليات مسح تمّت فعليًا، لأنها جزء من دفاتر المخزون والشحن. لتقديم أي طلب، تواصل مع إدارة الموارد البشرية أو إدارة تقنية المعلومات، أو عبر البريد الموضّح في البند 14.

12. الأطفال

هذا التطبيق أداة عمل داخلية موجّهة للبالغين من موظفي الشركة فقط، وليس موجّهًا للأطفال، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات تخص من هم دون السن القانونية للعمل.

13. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر وظائف التطبيق أو المتطلبات القانونية. عند حدوث أي تغيير جوهري، يُحدَّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلى الصفحة، وتُبلَّغ الشركة موظفيها بالتغيير عبر القنوات الداخلية المعتادة (إدارة الموارد البشرية / تقنية المعلومات) ومع نشر الإصدار الجديد من التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني اطّلاعك على النسخة المحدَّثة.

Privacy Policy (English version)

1. Who we are and the scope of this policy

Firestone Scan System (package ID: com.firestoneapparel.scansystem, version 1.2.0) is an internal application owned and operated by Firestone Apparel, a garment manufacturing factory in Egypt. Firestone Apparel is the data controller and is responsible for all data the app processes.

This is not a consumer app and is not intended for the general public. It is a work tool for the company's own staff inside the factory and warehouses. No accounts can be created inside the app; employees sign in with an employee ID and name issued by the company, and the app is used solely in the context of employment.

2. Data the app collects

The app collects only the data needed to track cartons and production movement:

Employee identification: employee ID and name, entered by the employee at sign-in.
Device information: the phone model used for the scan, so a record can be traced to the device that created it.
Scan records: carton code, style number, buyer PO, colour, quantity, size, carton dimensions, warehouse zone and block, export number (for outbound shipments), free-text notes, and the date and time of the scan.
Line production records: bundle codes scanned at sewing-line stages.

All of this is operational inventory and production data; its link to an individual is limited to knowing who performed an operation and when. The app does not request or collect any other personal data — no national ID, phone number, address, financial data, or health data.

About the notes field: the notes field is free text and is intended for work-related remarks only. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information in it.

3. Camera

The app uses the phone camera solely to read the QR codes printed on carton stickers, decoded in real time on the device.

No photos or video are captured, and no camera frame is saved.
No image is uploaded to the server or anywhere else — only the decoded code text is transmitted.
The camera runs only while the scanning screen is open and stops as soon as you leave it.

4. Permissions and why they are needed

CAMERA — required, to read the QR code on the carton sticker. Nothing is photographed or stored.
INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — to send scan records to the company server and detect connectivity.
VIBRATE — haptic feedback confirming a successful or failed scan.

The app does not request location, contacts, files or photos, or microphone access.

5. Why we process this data

Recording cartons received into the warehouse (IN) and shipped out (OUT), including storage locations.
Recording quality-check (QC) status for cartons.
Tracking work progress on production lines through bundle scans.
Producing internal inventory, shipping, and production reports.
Internal audit and error correction: knowing who recorded an operation and when, in order to trace shipments and fix mistakes.

6. Where the data goes and who can see it

Scan records are sent to a server owned and administered by Firestone Apparel and stored in the company's own SQL Server database. Transmission happens over the company's local network (LAN); when the app is used off-site it automatically fails over to the company's public address. All transmission happens over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). The app verifies the company server's identity against a security certificate embedded inside the app, so it will not connect to any other server. Unencrypted (HTTP) traffic is blocked entirely.

Data is not shared with any third party and is not sent to any external cloud service.
We do not sell data and do not use it for any commercial purpose beyond running the factory.
The app contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, no trackers or cookies, and no payments or in-app purchases.
Access is limited to authorised company staff (warehouse, production, quality, IT) according to their role.

The company may disclose limited data if required to do so by Egyptian law or by a lawful request from a competent authority, and only to the minimum extent necessary.

7. Offline storage and automatic sync

If the company server is unreachable, the scan record is saved locally on the device in a SQLite database inside the app's private storage and appears in the "Pending" queue. These records are sent automatically once connectivity returns, after which the server copy is the record of truth. Once a record syncs successfully it is deleted from the phone automatically. Records that have not synced yet stay on the device until they do, or until the app's data is cleared or the app is uninstalled.

8. What the app does not do

It does not track the employee's geographic location.
It does not read contacts, messages, photos, or device files.
It does not run in the background to monitor employees; it works only while in use, plus syncing pending records.
It has no public accounts, no user-generated public content, and no social features.
It is not directed at children and collects no data about them.

9. Retention

Scan records are kept on the company server for as long as they are needed for warehouse, production, and shipping records, internal audit, and the company's accounting and legal obligations. They are archived or deleted once they are no longer needed, in line with the company's record-retention practices. Data held temporarily on a phone remains only until it has been synced successfully.

10. Security

The server and database sit within the company's own IT infrastructure and under its direct administration.
Signing in requires an employee ID and name issued by the company.
Data stored on the phone lives in the app's private storage and is not accessible to other apps.
We recommend running the app on company devices or on devices protected by a screen lock.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect this data.

11. Employee rights

As an employee using the app, you may:

Ask what data is associated with your employee ID and name.
Request correction of inaccurate data (for example a misspelled name or a scan recorded in error).
Ask why a particular item of data is collected, how it is used, and how long it is kept.
Raise an internal complaint about how your data is handled.

Because these are operational and official business records, scans that actually took place may not be deletable, as they form part of the inventory and shipping books. To make a request, contact HR or the IT department, or use the contact details in section 14.

12. Children

This app is an internal work tool intended only for adult employees of the company. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to anyone below the legal working age.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app's functionality or legal requirements change. For any material change, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page is revised, and the company informs employees through its usual internal channels (HR / IT) and with the release of the new app version. Continued use of the app after an update means you have been made aware of the revised policy.
